The Art of Mindful Living

"The Art of Mindful Living" is a special program organized for laymen (18-40 years old) to participate in the mindfulness practice in the Plum Village tradition of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh. This program provides you an opportunity to practice together with the monastic sangha for the whole three months during the rain retreat, from 19 July to 17 October 2024.

Participants will have a chance to go deeper into mindfulness practices that are applicable in daily life, study the fundamental sutras based on the Plum Village tradition, and serve the sangha in the working meditation. Qualified Dharma Teachers will supervise all activities. The program is organized by the brothers from the Clear Sky Hamlet of Thai Plum Village, Pak Chong, Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand.
