Dear young friends near and far!
Every year, the International Wake-Up Retreat for young friends has always been the days of practice filled with joyful laughters of our young participants coming from all over the world. “Our Appointment with Life,” the title of the Retreat to be organized by this year’s May, speaks our intimate words to Mother Earth, and to all wonders of life that have been always available for us ever before.
In the Retreat, there will be simple yet meaningful activities like walking meditation, sitting meditation, eating in silence, listening to the bell, attending Dharma talks and presentations, or sharing our practice in the circle of Dharma sharing groups and mindful working together with your team. We come home to the Monastery to practice breathing, walking, smiling and looking at each other so that we can nurture the light that we now have each other.
