****This retreat is mainly for resident living in Thailand. If you are outside Thailand, please support us by manage your own flight and your own arrival and departure to the retreat. We only manage the round-trip transportation from Bangkok pick up point-Wang Ree Resort-Bangkok drop off point****
Dear Friends
We sincerely invite everyone and every family to join us in cultivating love through mindfulness practice in Plum Village tradition. This is to nurture the seeds of mindfulness, concentration, and insight so that our bodily action and speech are always filled with love from our heart. The theme this year is "Love in Action"
Schedule
05.00 wake up/ sitting meditation/chanting/walking meditation
07:00 breakfast in silence
09:00 singing meditation/dharma talks/questions & answers/ children and teens programs
11.30 mindful lunch
13.00 total relaxation/dharma sharing/mindful exercise
17.30 dinner with dharma sharing families
19.30 5 mindfulness trainings presentation/beginning anew practice/sitting meditation/sutra reading
21.00 noble silence/light off/sleep well
Remark: The final schedule will be sent prior to the retreat
Participants total 200
We welcome people of all ages and all genders from 6 to 80 years old.
Children and teens from 6-18 years old are requested to come with parents or guardians.
We accept only practitioners who could stay for the entire retreat; 11-15 April 2025.
Registration on the arrival day (1st day) starts at 9.30 am. The last day, the activity finished after lunch at 13.00 approximately.
Wear comfy but polite outfit to support the monastic and friends in the retreat.
No need to wear white uniform to attend the retreat as in Thai temple.
Shorts/ short skirt, non-sleeve t-shirt, tank top or crop top, and tight outfit are not allowed.
Vegetarian only are provided for all meals 3 times a day.
Bring umbrella, hat, flashlight, sweater (the meditation hall is air conditioned), water bottle (there will be water refill stations), sitting cushion, bugs/ mosquitos repellent, personal belonging, alarm clock, and your personal medication.
We have children and teens activities separate from the parents so that our young friends can learn and practice mindfulness according to their joy and peace. The activity is taking care by the monastic and the volunteers. Parents are welcome to participate.
In case that you children need specific or special cares, we asked for your support to stay with your children at all time.
Accommodation
2-3 persons/room
If you would like to stay with your family members, please register all the family members in one application. Individual and/or dual applicants will be assigned into the room with another applicant with the same gender. The organizing team reserves the right to arrange accommodation.

Pick up at BTS Morchit Station (Jatujak Park Exit) at 7.00 am, April 11, 2025
Return drop-off at the same point approx. 6.00 pm, April 15, 2025

Registration
This amount included accommodation for all 4 nights with 3 meals per day (a total of 13 meals) and help support the monastic expenses of accommodation and food for this retreat.

Once your payment received, we will send the confirmation email back within 7 days. * Thai Plum Village Foundation operates by donations. We would like to inform you that if you have any reasons to cancel your registration, we ask for your support in reserving the right to refund in all cases. Your contribution will go toward supporting the retreat.
If you need to cancel your joining this retreat, please inform the registration team at retreat@thaiplumvillage.org so that we can allocate your spots to friends who are on the waiting list to have a chance to practice with us.
