COVID-19 Protocol for the retreat

1. Received minimum 2 doses of Covid-19 vaccination

2. Send the result of antigen test from laboratory within two days before retreat to organizer (send to Admin’s WhatsApp number)

3. In good health on Arrival.

4. Voluntarily cancel when you feel unwell.

Accommodation

Retreat Contribution per person:

• Inclusion:

  • Shuttle bus from Wihara Ekayana Arama to & From Retreat Venue

  • 3-nights accommodation

  • 3-times vegetarian Meals per day

• Exclusion:

  • personal expenses (room service, laundry, tipping

• The division of rooms according to gender grouping (4 – 5 people per room). There are no special room requests

• No Special request for the bedroom

• Smoking and bringing liquor to retreat venue are prohibited

Payment

Please complete your payment maximum 7 days after registration and send the receipt to our registration team

Transportation (Shuttle Bus)

• Depart from Wihara Ekayana Arama (WEA) at Nov 3, 2022, 9 AM. Gather at Multi Purpose Hall WEA.

  • Please come 30 minutes earlier before departure time. If you come from other cities/ countries

  • Please adjust the flight schedule and baggage claim timing so that the bus can depart on time to the destination.

• Depart from SGB Learning Centre at Nov 6, 2022, 2 PM. Estimate the travel time about 2-3 hours

What to Bring?

• Retreat will be conducted in English and Bahasa Indonesia. If you need translation, please bring your own earphone or headphone to plug in our translation box

• Smoking and illegal drugs (including non-vegetarian food) are forbidden.

• Bring your own water bottle, personal medicine, toiletries and comfortable, polite and appropriate clothes for spiritual activity and the local weather

• Use face mask (if you feel comfortable using it during retreat)
