In the coming time, from April 30 to May 04, Thai Plum Village will organize a Wake Up retreat for young people aged from 18 to 35. You will have an opportunity to come back to our Monastery to practise with young monastic brothers and sisters. Registration link will be open two times: March 29 at 3:00 P.M. and April 11 at 3:00 P.M. Further notice will be updated soon. Thank you!

The topic of this retreat is “Thay’s Hand in Our Hands”. What and how have we continued Thay? Thay is still present within us and the Sangha in every step and breath. Coming to the retreat, you will get in touch with Thay through the practice of the monastic Sangha and the true teacher that you can find in you.

The peaceful forests and mountains, the lotus pond, birds singing, and the freshness of morning dawn in Pak Chong area, etc. are waiting for you. In this retreat, beside typical activities such as sitting meditation, walking meditation, sutra chanting, Dharma sharing, total relaxation, we will have an opportunity to go hiking in neighbouring hills. This is a special opportunity for us to get in touch with Mother Earth, get to know each other, and stay connected with monastic brothers and sisters. (Hopefully, the weather will support us!) Furthermore, this retreat will offer us new fresh energy, a beautiful way of living that you can bring along in your life journey.
