Question: How do we let go the things that we feel attached to easily without suffering?

It is good that we recognize the things that we need to let go of in order to live a happiness life. But it is equally important to recognize the conditions of happiness that already existed in us and around us. For instant, when we wake up and realize that we are still alive, that we have the 24 hours before us to enjoy we can be happy. I always start my day with a nice cup of tea, taking at least 5 minutes to breathe gently with my tea, smiling to the day that is open for me to live. And when I enjoy my breakfast, my heart is filled with gratitude for the food that is available. There are so many people in the underdeveloped countries who dont have enough to eat. I can see the loving, hard work of the farmers, of the people and living things that contribute to the bread, the fruits on my plate and I can be happy already. If you take some time to sit down and write out the conditions of happiness that you have in the present moment, then you will easily let go of things that you consider obstacles to your happiness. And sometimes its nice to have good friends to encourage and support us in the process of letting go. Take your time we dont need to rush to liberation. Enjoy life in every moment.
